Lighting Design and Production

A limited edition lamp by Urs Fischer, re-engineered from the artist's original prototype into a precise, edition-ready object. Built in stainless steel and aluminum with an automotive-grade finish, touch-dimmable and packaged to match the value of the piece.

  • We translated the artist's prototype into a fully engineered lamp ready for edition production, developing the lighting technology, dimming electronics and packaging in-house.

    - Deep dive into lighting technology, in collaboration with external lighting specialists

    - Engineering and construction to the artist's specified material thicknesses and requirements

    - Development and integration of the light source and a custom touch dimmer

    - Selection and processing of high-grade materials like stainless steel, milled aluminum and automotive paint, reflecting the value of the edition

    - Design and production of edition-specific packaging

    - Documentation of process for conservators and clients
