In April 1975, activists occupy the construction site of the planned nuclear power plant in Kaiseraugst. Kaiseraugst nuclear power plant. The local resistance, which soon expanded into a broad citizens' movement, succeeded years of struggle to prevent the nuclear power plant and change Swiss energy policy forever.

Fifty years later, we look back on the ‘occupation’ with former activists and their activists and their opponents look back on the ‘occupation of Kaiseraugst’ - and make the connection to the current nuclear power debate.
