Install

Urs Fischer's Untitled (Bread House) is a life-size house built entirely from bread and bread crumbs, first realized in 2004–2005. Over the course of an exhibition, the structure slowly decays, turning architecture into a study in impermanence and entropy. The work has since been shown at major venues internationally, including MOCA Los Angeles and at Art Basel Unlimited.

  • We install and deinstall the work on behalf of the artist, including ongoing maintenance and packaging, and advise collectors on storage and shipping. We also prepare condition reports and carry out conservation measures such as fumigation.
